The terrace offers an outdoor lounge and dining area, perfect for enjoying meals and sunsets overlooking the sea.
Kitchen appliances: a double refrigerator, a freezer, an ice maker, a blender, a microwave, and all necessary cookware.
A discreet back kitchen with an independent entrance for staff ensures smooth and efficient service at all times.
This level also offers a dedicated home office and a guest toilet.
